Rates on the rise doesn't change supply.  A look at the tends over the past 3 years, especially days-on-market and homes available, and there's distinctly a price vs supply trend.  Increase in interest rates doesn't mean there's suddenly more homes for sale, just makes it harder on buyers.  International news just means supply is likely to stay tight.  Watch below for more.

Did you know that the vast majority of real estate agents pay for their photos?  This is because we know photos are important to marketing the home, and having a professional goes a long way in how your home presents online and gets buyers in the front door.  My go-to professional photographers also do virtual staging, virtual tours, and drone photos/videos.

Showed a home here on Tuesday, and although overcast, was impressed with the find.  Very recently built homes in a subdivision you might not be aware of.  Tucked away between Wilmot and Kolb, just South of I-10, these were built around 2017, and mostly 2-story homes.  Click the video below to see more.  

Interest rates start to inch towards pre-COVID rates, making 1 of the 3 factors driving the sellers market start to fade.  This is the Greater Tucson Housing Market Update for February 2022, where I compare January 2021 vs January 2022 numbers, and what they mean for the upcoming buyers and sellers in Greater Tucson.  

Neighborhood Snapshot!  Your local Northwest Tucson Real Estate Expert here!  In the past year alone, I have sold 3 homes in this neighborhood.  A great community of 1990's homes with community features, but no outrageous HOA fees for them.  Enjoy two pools, plenty of nice sidewalks and basketball and tennis courts.  Check it out behind me as I talk about neighborhood numbers below!
