Rebecca said this after Robert helped sell her home:  

"Sold my house in Three Days thanks to Robert's Herculean effort..."

I originally met Rebecca at an open house, when she and her parents were looking to downsize to a home that would be easier for her parents to keep-up-with.  I provided them with a list of available homes and helped them with showings.  When Rebecca was hesitant, I didn't pressure her to buy when she wasn't comfortable.  She put the search on hold, and I checked in on occasion.  

Almost a year later, Rebecca reached out.  They decided to move back North with extended family.  Rebecca had pride in the home, but also wanted to sell quickly to avoid stressing her parents who lived at home and wouldn't want to leave regularly for showings.  

We agreed on a plan to advertise the home using Open Houses in the first weekend, and heavily advertising those open houses to neighbors during the Coming Soon stage.  After non-stop traffic at the first open house, I had 4 offers to present, and Rebecca decided to cancel the second open house and just send a counter-offer instead.  It was only on-market for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday!  Doesn't get much more low-stress than that!
