Gustavo's Relocation to Tucson was easy thanks to Robert's Responsiveness

Gustavo and his family found themselves spending more time in Tucson than in Phoenix.   However, loading up the car for the family to drive down to Tucson together to see homes wasn't easy, and everyone had their own availability.  He needed an agent who could set up multiple showings in advance, anticipate questions, and then get back to them with information.  Gustavo also had a job which required frequent commuting.  He needed an agent who wasn't just responding from 9-to-5, but could respond and be flexible in communicating.  

Gustavo got in touch with Robert, asked for one showing, and expressed what he was looking for.  Robert was able to set up not just the showing, but also similar homes, and provide details about the HOA(s), which ones had tenants (and therefore not an option), and do multiple showings in one day.
